Jef GoodingChineseElvis
says - I liked the style of this guy's email...opening with
a nice back-handed compliment! In spite of Jef's mad ramblings,
his web-snobbery and his mis-spelling of the simple word,
"restaurant", he makes a good point; how is one
to know whether a Chinese Elvis impersonator you have seen
is me or not? To be honest, we all look the same so don't
even worry about it...but the connoisseur will know that
any other Chinese Elvis is indeed an imposter and not the
true ChineseElvis, who has no spaces in his name.

JANE CHELLIAH-MANNINGChineseElvis
says,'I know nothing about this unfortunate incident nor
can I name and shame the culprit. But as I try to make clear
on my main website, Gracelands Palace is only an occasional
gig for me, when I am not busy or making sweet love. I have
very little motivation in publicising when I will be present
at this salubrious haunt, since I do not have any financial
interest there. I do it for the love of it, rather like
Woody Allen plays jazz. It keeps me rooted and sharp and
I can try out new material there but its pot luck for the
punters, I'm afraid.

says - Well, you can't fault their politeness even if their
phones cant ring. I'm back to Nokia now - Samsung may be
East-Asian and therefore would normally get my vote but
in this case the Scandinavians are clear winners in the
mobile phone "ring-tones" war.
